What my research and experience has shown me is that when a person understands how valuable their internal resources are and how much they positively impact people in their world, they feel confident to unlock who they really are and take their performance to the next level.

What helps is to have an advocate with them to break down the barriers and roadblocks that are holding them back. While management teams, senior leadership teams, executive teams may be instrumental in contributing, without support, your people will not give their full capacity. People need to believe on an intrinsic level in their worth to the business. It is an inside/out job.

Working one on one we focus on strategy, mindset, skill set, energy and resilience so they can navigate through the tough times, release the pressure and most importantly, build on all the strengths they have right now and realise their full potential. During our time together, I hold up a mirror, help them acknowledge the value of their contribution and challenge them to get out of their own way.

There are 3 ways to work together:
• Deep conversations: 60 minute conversation about where you are at and where you would like to go
• Deep dive conversations: 3 hour session to go even deeper on what is important, what is getting the in way and we develop a blueprint for your next 30 days
• Recurring Conversations: 90 minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly over a 3 – 6 month term to catapult performance, career and contribution

What Happens Next
