Danielle is not content with scratching the surface when it comes to making sense of the world and people in it. She digs deep to understand the unique perspective of those she works and lives with. This curiosity and desire to drill down to the core of our daily challenges and make meaning out of them drove Danielle to conduct a two year research project, The Wonders of Women Leaders.

Her grounded theory research interviewing over 50 people in senior C-Suite and Executive roles in some of the largest and most recognised organisations in Australia and people holding leadership positions in a diverse range of professions gave her unique insights into the inner workings of high performing leaders who are also highly emotionally intelligent and place a high value on investing in human flourishing.

Using a combination of her corporate expertise, experiences of working in complex environments in Australia and internationally, business acumen, her skills as an Executive Coach, her extensive research and being a parent to three young boys, Danielle developed a framework and methodology under the umbrella of Code Conversations™.

Danielle Dobson is a powerful speaker who connects with her audience in a relatable, engaging way. She uses her warmth, passion and knowledge to spark curiosity and guide audiences to redefine their limiting beliefs, based on societal perceptions of gender roles in relationships, workplaces and communities.

Danielle saw her progress from the Corporate world of a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), to being a personal trainer and Executive coach. Her deep desire to understand why women have difficulty in bringing their full selves to work within the everchanging modern life, guided her research adventure into this issue.

Over 50 interviews, hundreds of conversations, thousands of hours of research and analysis, and one book later she is the undisputed expert of how to navigate the Gender Code to make life, work and being human more rewarding.

Author of Breaking the Gender Code, Danielle has been featured in publications across Australia. Her work with companies around the globe, her ability to single-handedly parent three energetic sons, and her ability to see beneath human facades makes her an incredible coach, intuitive researcher and talented trainer.

But it is her passionate dedication to share this message and inspire audiences to crack the Gender Code and write their own code, that makes her an extraordinary speaker.

"Danielle helps women remove the barriers to reaching their full potential. It is an inside/out approach."

Breaking the Gender Code.

How to use what you already have to get what you actually want.

In this informative and interactive presentation Danielle exposes the myths of the millennia and guides her audience through the process of deciphering the code that has been embedded into our culture. The code adhered to in relationships, families, workplaces, community groups and marriages has become part of our DNA. It is a code that reinforces judgment and parent guilt.

Audience members will understand that creating an alternative world has nothing to do with balancing two worlds they are currently straddling and juggling – work and career. The audience will walk away knowing they can create their own code, their own unique world and live on their terms by dialing down the judgment and guilt and going beyond what they previously thought possible.
